Welcome to ABC Traders L.L.C – FZ. By accessing our website or purchasing our heavy machinery and parts, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Quotations and Pricing
All machinery quotations provided are subject to prior sale. Prices do not include international shipping, export taxes, or customs duties unless explicitly stated in the formal written agreement.
2. Equipment Condition
Unless explicitly stated as "New" or "Certified Refurbished," all heavy earthmoving equipment is sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no implied warranties. We highly encourage third-party inspections before final payment.
3. Payment Terms
Standard export orders require a verified Letter of Credit (LC) or wire transfer prior to shipment. Specific terms will be outlined in the final commercial invoice.
4. Logistics and Delays
While we coordinate global shipping from the UAE and India, ABC Traders is not liable for delays caused by customs holds, maritime disruptions, or force majeure events.
